Day 1
Arrival in Serengeti
Morning: Arrive at Serengeti National Park. You can fly into one of the park's airstrips or drive in from Arusha, Tanzania. Afternoon: Enjoy a game drive en route to your lodge or camp. Look out for wildlife such as elephants, giraffes, lions, and perhaps even a glimpse of the Great Migration depending on the season.
Day 2
Central Serengeti Exploration
Morning: Early morning game drive to catch the sunrise and witness animals at their most active. The central Serengeti is known for its high concentration of wildlife year-round. Mid-day: Return to your lodge or camp for breakfast and relaxation. Afternoon: After lunch, embark on another game drive. Visit the Seronera River Valley, known for its resident big cats and other predators.
Day 3
Southern Serengeti and Migration (Seasonal)
Morning: Depending on the time of year and the movement of the Great Migration, head towards the southern Serengeti plains or Ndutu area. This region is where the wildebeest and zebra herds gather during the calving season (January to March). Mid-day: Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush or at a designated picnic site. Afternoon: Continue exploring the southern Serengeti or Ndutu area. Witness the dramatic scenes of predator-prey interactions and the vast open plains.
Day 4
Departure
Morning: Final game drive in the Serengeti. This is your last chance to spot any animals you may have missed and to capture those last-minute photographs. Afternoon: Check out from your lodge or camp and depart from Serengeti. You can either drive back to Arusha or catch a flight from one of the park's airstrips.
